Admissions Checklist

For enrolment, please visit the school and speak with our office manager. Prior to enrolling your child, please ensure that you are able to provide the following documents:

1. Child’s health record with vaccination card and information
2. 2 copies of a colour photograph (3cm x 4cm) of your child, and one photograph of anyone with permission to pick up your child from school.
3. Copy of your child’s birth certificate
4. Copy of your address reference
5. 2 copies of parents’ identification/passport.
